The Mayor of Argenteuil issued a decree that authorize the city worker to pulverize in public areas a solution that supposedly repels beggars by its horrible smell...
The irony of the thing being that last year the same Mayor tried to issue a decree to banish beggars for the city center (rejected, thank god) because of pollution caused by ... their bad smell.

mmmh... I'm here cause of LJ debacle, but I already have a feeling that IJ and I won't be friend for long. or rather, we won't stay friend if I have to hit "refresh" every time I click the backward button.
